[Participate] Dementia Community Survey (DemCS)

A WHO-supported survey is collecting perspectives on dementia support and care in communities around the world.

The survey takes 10-15 minutes, is available in 16 languages

People living with dementia, caregivers, researchers, policymakers, and others interested in dementia care are warmly encouraged to complete the survey. 

Every community has a story. We want to learn from yours. 

The study was reviewed by the Wheaton College (MA) Institutional Review Board and determined to be exempt from further IRB review under 45 CFR 46.104(d)(2)(iii).

Please share this with your older adult clients and attached is a poster you can use to post up in your centre.
