YOUR VOICE MATTERS! Feedback survey on approach and principles to guide an Health Promotion Canada renewal process

This survey is intended to solicit the views of Canadian health promotion practitioners, including current and former members of Health Promotion Canada (HPC) and academia, to guide the plan for renewing HPC. 

The survey should take 15-20 minutes to complete. Please feel free to share the link with any other health promoters, researchers and policy makers you feel would be interested in providing feedback.

All responses are confidential and will only be used for guiding the HPC renewal planning.

The survey will be open January 4 to 27, 2023. By completing this survey your email will be added to the invitation list for online discussion groups and webinars planned for January 2023.
