The Peter Henderson Bryce Award is named in honour of Dr. Peter Henderson Bryce, a courageous advocate for First Nations, Métis and Inuit children's health and wellbeing.
Do you know a health professional who courageously stands up for the safety, health or well-being of First Nations, Métis, or Inuit children? This award honours the work of health professionals who have overcome personal and professional challenges and risks to stand up for the rights of First Nations, Métis and Inuit children. The deadline for all applications is Sunday, June 30, 2024 at 11:45 PM ET.
Nomination Information
To nominate someone for this award, you will need to submit:
- A complete nomination form
- A cover letter explaining why the nominee deserves the award and how they meet the criteria
- Two letters or videos of support explaining why the nominee deserves the award and how they meet the criteria
- Other materials that show the work that the nominee has done to support First Nations, Inuit, and Métis children (such as pictures, written work, videos, etc.).
Nominators can submit the nomination package digitally through the link located on this page or by emailing the package to info@fncaringsociety.com.
