An extensive evidence base demonstrates that CBT-I leads to long-term improvements in sleep, mood and quality of life. Through this online professional development course’s interactive, on-demand modules and FAQ resource, you will not only learn about the science behind CBT-I, but how you can help your patients use these techniques so they can reverse their chronic insomnia and experience the long-term benefits of sound sleep without sleep medications.
