resource image

The Smile Brain Program is a new complimentary program hosted by the West Coast Healthy Memory Society. They are currently seeking seniors aged 60 and up to join this new program, which will start on July 7th, 2020, and will continue every Tuesday and Friday from 10 am-11:30 am. The program will be online on ZOOM (if seniors are not familiar with ZOOM – the program can send easy-to-follow instructions).

The Smile Brain program consists of reading out loud, simple arithmetic calculations, physical and cognitive exercises, and at the end, a group conversation. The program will help seniors to continue and increase their memory, self-confidence, and social connection with others.

If any seniors or organization would like to have more information about the program or Society, they can email info@wchealthymemory.com, call at 778-960-4735, or visit the website https://wchealthymemory.com/. See attached PDF for the program's flyer.
