[Report] Inequalities in later life: Barriers to accessing local businesses and customer-facing settings
This report highlights the available evidence around how older people often have unequal access to local businesses and community settings. It also highlights how age can intersect other characteristics such as disability or ethnicity to widen these inequalities and means that some older people face even greater barriers than others to using their local businesses or community services.
