[Training] Dementia Lifestyle Intervention for Getting Healthy Together (DELIGHT) Program
The Dementia Lifestyle Intervention for Getting Healthy Together (DELIGHT) Program provides a proven, co-designed framework that integrates physical activity, healthy eating and strategies to live well for people living with dementia and care partners. The program can be delivered in-person or remotely (online or over the telephone).
Who is DELIGHT for?
DELIGHT is designed to support:
- People living with dementia
- Care partners
- Community organizations looking to deliver a local dementia wellness program
Training to deliver the program and program materials are FREELY available to community-based organizations and service providers. Please note that organizations delivering the program should have at least one program leader with a physical activity certification. Learn more about the program by viewing the two attached flyers.
