Matthew Chapelsky
Matt is an HR professional with 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, industrial construction, airline, and manufacturing industries. Currently, Matt is the Director of Human Resources for Stream-Flo Group of Companies, an organization of over 1200 employees in over 20 countries. He sits on the Board of Directors for ElderCare Edmonton, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting adults and their caregivers. Matt has experience with all areas of HR including developing Total Rewards strategies for various organizations.
Ada Tai
Ada is a seasoned HR consultant and instructor with an MBA and HR designations, known for helping non-profits thrive. Through BadaB Consulting, she and her team have elevated HR, governance, and technology practices for over 30 non-profits. Ada's deep understanding of non-profit compensation challenges fuels her innovative solutions. As a sought-after speaker, she shares her expertise on HR strategies across the province and teaches HR and compensation courses at MacEwan University. Her passion is also reflected in her insightful blog on current people management issues.
Greg McNeill
Greg, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Certified Human Resources Professional (CPHR), has been the President of MCNEILL HUMAN RESOURCES for the past five years, offering comprehensive HR services to small and mid-sized businesses in Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. With over 30 years of experience in leading HR teams at organizations like ATCO Electric and Finning Canada, Greg excels in HR innovation, executive leadership, and recruitment. His wide range of experience and leadership responsibilities have given him the ability to understand the operational and business side of business.He has also contributed significantly to the community through his board work with Ronald McDonald House Northern Alberta and the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation.
