[Event] Social Prescribing Open Community of Practice

Our Open Community of Practice (CoP) for Social Prescribing is a welcoming, collaborative space where anyone interested—health and social care providers, community organizations, researchers, policy makers, and community members—can come together to learn, share, and connect about social prescribing.

Join us for an hour and a half to talk about Social Prescribing in more depth and exchange knowledge and real-world experiences.

This event is hosted by Healthy Aging Alberta but is open to any persons supporting communities through social prescribing initiatives or interested in social prescribing.
